By placing an order with Tommy Z Customs, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Limited Production
Tommy Z Customs consoles are not built to order.
Each product is designed, developed and released in carefully planned limited production batches.
Availability is determined by the production process rather than customer demand.
Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for ensuring they purchase the correct console for their vehicle.
This includes confirming the correct:
Vehicle model
Vehicle year
Body style
Variant
Factory options where applicable
If you are unsure whether a console suits your vehicle, please contact Tommy Z Customs before placing your order.
Incorrect purchases are not eligible for refund or exchange due to change of mind.
Installation
Tommy Z Customs products should only be installed by persons competent in automotive electrical systems and vehicle interior installation.
The purchaser accepts all responsibility for ensuring the product is installed correctly and safely.
Tommy Z Customs accepts no responsibility for damage resulting from:
Incorrect installation
Incorrect wiring
Vehicle modifications
Failure to follow supplied instructions
Third-party accessories or alterations
Product Compliance
Tommy Z Customs roof consoles are aftermarket automotive accessories.
These products have not been tested or certified for compliance with the Australian Design Rules (ADR).
It is the purchaser's responsibility to determine whether installation and use of the product complies with all applicable laws, regulations and vehicle requirements within their jurisdiction.
Tommy Z Customs makes no representation that its products comply with road registration, engineering approval or motorsport regulations.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tommy Z Customs shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the purchase, installation or use of its products.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Vehicle damage caused by incorrect installation
Labour or installation costs
Vehicle downtime
Loss of income
Loss of use
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any rights available under the Australian Consumer Law.
Product Revisions
Tommy Z Customs continually improves its products.
Specifications, materials, finishes and designs may change without prior notice.
