SHIPPING POLICY
Dispatch
Tommy Z Customs products are manufactured in limited production batches rather than built to order.
Orders will be carefully packaged and dispatched once each production batch has been completed.
Delivery
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on your location and the freight provider.
Once your order has been dispatched, delivery is the responsibility of the freight provider. Tommy Z Customs is not responsible for shipping delays outside of our control.
Shipping Damage
If your package arrives damaged, please contact Tommy Z Customs within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include photographs of both the external packaging and the product so we can assist with any freight claims.
Incorrect Shipping Details
Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping information supplied at checkout is accurate.
Any additional shipping costs incurred due to incorrect delivery information may be payable by the customer.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for any duties, taxes or import fees imposed by their country.
Tommy Z Customs has no control over these charges.
