RETURNS & WARRANTY POLICY
Change of Mind
Due to the limited production nature of Tommy Z Customs products, we do not accept returns, refunds or order cancellations for change of mind.
This includes (but is not limited to):
Ordering the incorrect vehicle model or variant
Purchasing the incorrect product
No longer requiring the product
Purchasing another product elsewhere
Please ensure you have selected the correct product before completing your purchase.
Manufacturing Warranty
Every Tommy Z Customs console is individually handcrafted, tested and inspected before leaving the workshop.
If your product arrives with a manufacturing defect or develops a fault due to defective workmanship or materials, please contact us as soon as possible.
Where a manufacturing fault is confirmed, Tommy Z Customs will repair or replace the product at no cost to the customer. We will also cover all reasonable return freight and replacement shipping costs.
This warranty does not cover:
Incorrect installation
Incorrect wiring
Product modifications
Misuse or abuse
Damage caused by third-party accessories
Vehicle accidents
General wear and tear
Handcrafted Products
Every Tommy Z Customs console is individually handcrafted in Australia.
Small variations in materials, upholstery, laser engraving and finishes are a natural characteristic of handmade production and are not considered manufacturing defects.

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any rights or remedies available to you under the Australian Consumer Law.
