By purchasing from Tommy Z Customs, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Handcrafted Products

Every Tommy Z Customs roof console is individually designed, developed and handcrafted in Australia.

Due to the handmade nature of our products, minor variations in materials, finishes, upholstery, laser engraving and other cosmetic details may occur between consoles. These variations are not considered defects and form part of the unique nature of each handcrafted product.

Tommy Z Customs reserves the right to make improvements or revisions to products without prior notice.

2. Limited Release Products

Tommy Z Customs products are manufactured in limited production runs rather than built to order.

As production quantities are strictly limited, all sales are considered final once an order has been placed.

Orders cannot be cancelled due to change of mind or because a customer no longer wishes to proceed with their purchase.

3. Change of Mind

Tommy Z Customs does not offer refunds, exchanges or returns for:

Change of mind
Incorrect vehicle selection
Incorrect product selection
Ordering the wrong model or variant
No longer requiring the product
Delays caused by freight providers

This policy does not exclude your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

4. Customer Responsibility

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring they purchase the correct product for their vehicle before placing an order.

This includes, but is not limited to:

Vehicle make
Model
Year
Body style
Variant
Factory options

If you are unsure whether a product suits your vehicle, please contact Tommy Z Customs prior to purchasing.

5. Installation

Products should only be installed by persons competent in automotive electrical systems and vehicle interior installation.

Tommy Z Customs accepts no responsibility for damage caused by:

Incorrect installation
Incorrect wiring
Vehicle modifications
Failure to follow supplied instructions
Use of unsuitable electrical accessories

Customers assume all responsibility for installation of the product.

6. Intended Use

Tommy Z Customs products are aftermarket accessories.

These products have not been certified or approved under the Australian Design Rules (ADR).

It is the customer's sole responsibility to determine whether installation and use of the product complies with all applicable laws, regulations and vehicle standards within their jurisdiction.

Tommy Z Customs makes no representation that its products comply with any road registration, engineering or motorsport requirements.

7. Product Use

The purchaser acknowledges that all use of Tommy Z Customs products is at their own risk.

The customer accepts full responsibility for ensuring the product is suitable for their intended application and complies with any applicable legal or safety requirements.

8. Warranty

Tommy Z Customs stands behind the quality of its workmanship.

If your product arrives with a manufacturing fault or develops a fault due to defective workmanship or materials, Tommy Z Customs will, at its discretion:

Repair the product;
Replace the product; or
Provide another remedy consistent with Australian Consumer Law.

Where a manufacturing defect is confirmed, Tommy Z Customs will cover reasonable return shipping and replacement shipping costs.

This warranty does not cover:

Incorrect installation
Abuse or misuse
Vehicle accidents
Water damage
Product modifications
General wear and tear
Damage caused by third-party accessories

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tommy Z Customs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the purchase, installation or use of its products.
